Hey Mama, I’m Aisha

I’m a mom of three adventurous little ones. Some other hats I wear are of wife, entrepreneur, and the founder of The Whole Mama. When I first became a mom, I felt very alone and blindsided by the changes that were happening in my body, my career, and my marriage. My first year of motherhood was especially tough as I constantly felt inadequate and unsure if I was ready to become someone’s mother. Eight years on, I still don’t get it right and that’s ok because I can see that my children are thriving.

 

There are many things the world didn’t tell us about motherhood. It can be a lonely, messy, and confusing journey and it’s my mission to hold as many mama hands through it as possible.
